Terms and Condition

The Company shall not be held liable for any fraudulent transaction(s) carried out on the Agent’s account by a Third Party using the Agents’ login credentials

If the Company provides any information to the Agent via Email, Telephone or other Channel, details provided to the Company by the Agent, the Company shall not be held liable if the information becomes intercepted, altered or misused by an unauthorized person.

The Agent shall indemnify and keep Itex indemnified at all times against any and all costs, expenses, actions, claims, demands and damages howsoever and when so ever arising as a result of the wrongful use of the Agent’s login credentials.
